Check In / Out Times
- Check out time is 11AM. Checkin time is 3PM. High season check ins can vary to 5PM due to large turnovers.
Group Bookings

Cleaning Policy
No turnover service during stay, unless requested at an additional cost of $125.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome and are subject to $40/night fee or $125 for long term stays. We ask that all pets be leashed when in public areas and that owners pick up after their pets. Pets are not allowed on the golf course, in the club house, restaurant or conference space.
Maximum 1 large dog or two small dogs per unit. Please note some units are pet free. Guests who book these units with pets will be subject to a $500 deep cleaning fee.
Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 cleaning charge.
Smoking Policy
All of our townhouses are non-smoking. Guests that disregard this policy will be subject to a $250 deep cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy
50% deposit is required with your reservation. If you must cancel a reservation a refund will be issued less a 10% administration fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the reservation are subject to the full room charge. No refunds will be issued on partial cancellations.
