WE CAN SATISFY MOST BUDGETS & TASTE
The Candle Lake Golf Resort Convention Centre has two rooms to choose from, the "Eagle Room" or "Birdie Room". Please note that each room will have to be vacated by your party by 1:30AM so that our staff is able to reset it for the next day. Talk to your wedding co-ordinator and discuss what meal plans you have in mind and what your budget allows for.

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO NEXT?
Weddings at Candle Lake Golf Resort are typically booked 1 to 24 Months ahead. We will have lots of time to work out the hundreds of little details. The most important part, at this point, is to book the facility for the "right" date of your wedding. Once the room, "Birdie", "Eagle" or both is/are booked, we have the time to work out all the details by Email or telephone. All the details will be documented in a master schedule form as we prepare for your weding. Always keep a current and up-to-date copy of the event schedule on your computer. Please do not assume anything. Keep it in writing. This will help keep your special day enjoyable as we plan together.

Wedding Deposit
When you have decided to have your wedding at Candle Lake Golf Resort, we stop selling either the Convention Centre or we refuse parties for the Dine & Dance. Therefore we need a firm commitment from you and the only way to firm up your booking is by a non-refundable deposit. For a private wedding this deposit holds the facility and accommodations for your guests. The minimum deposit is $2,500.00. Consequently before you send us a deposit please be absolutely sure that this is the place you want to have your wedding and that the date is final. Otherwise you will lose your deposit as liquidated damages. Indeed all of our weekends are pre-sold and when we receive your deposit, we stop selling the rooms or the seats to other people. Should you change your mind, we would be out that business and your wedding co-ordinator out of a job. (Kidding of course...I think). The balance of the wedding invoice must be paid by certified cheque or credit card no later than one week before the wedding.
