The Candle Lake area is well-known to snowmobilers for its great snow conditions and sheltered trails. The Candle Lake  SnoDrifters snowmobile club maintains many miles of trails throughout the area, there are warmup shelters along the trails, and fuel is available at several locations (see map below). As well, there are cross-country ski trails, toboggan hills and ice skating facilities at Candle Lake Resort and in the immediate area.  We now offer Polaris 550 snowmobile rentals, and cabin rentals providing a cozy and warm place to stay for your winter holiday. View more information on winter cabin rentals here.
Snowmobile trails are groomed by Candle Lake Sno Drifters Snowmobile Club. For detailed maps and information about snowmobiling see www.sasksnowmobiling.sk.ca. Snowmobile rental rates are: - $250 for a full day (approx. 9 am to 5 pm)
- $150 for a half day (four hours or less)
Guests are encouraged to pre-book as sleds are limited. Each machine rental requires a $2,500 pre-authorization to ensure that if damages occur the cost will be covered. The renter is responsible for all damages. Gas is extra, helmets are included. All snowmobiles are 2-ups (two riders per machine). Prices do not include applicable taxes. Hot Tub rental rates are: - $225 for a 2 day rental
- $300 for a 3 day rental
